Stavatti Aerospace is a division of Stavatti Heavy Industries, Ltd., a Hawaii domiciled corporation founded in 2005. Stavatti Heavy Industries, Ltd. also is the majority shareholder of Stavatti Corporation, the first Stavatti business enterprise, as established in Eagan, Minnesota in 1994. Both Stavatti Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Stavatti Corporation are "C" corporations which are in good standing. Both Stavatti Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Stavatti Corporation have received numerous business licenses and have been registered/certified as required to engage in the business of producing, exporting and importing U.S. Munitions List items
