MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW
Stavatti Aerospace is organized to ensure the creation of extraordinary aerospace vehicles. Mirroring the organizational structure of SHI, the Stavatti corporate hierarchy consists of a corporation led by the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The offices of President and CEO provide both strategic and tactical executive leadership, while managing the programs of Stavatti. Directors, who participate in a board chaired by the Chairman of the Board, are responsible for assisting the President and CEO by managing the greater operations of Stavatti Corporation. Directors are also responsible for electing specific officers of the corporation and representing shareholder interests. The executive officers of the corporation are responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations and ultimately defining and conducting both the strategic and tactical decisions and actions of the corporation. Non-executive personnel comprise the employment ranks of the corporation and are responsible for the design, development, production and sales work which results in revenue generation. Shareholders are those individuals and/or bodies that own a portion of Stavatti Equity to benefit from the dividends issued by the corporation.
