AEROSPACE CENTERS
Stavatti Aerospace operates a number of U.S. Domestic offices dedicated to satisfying the needs of customers who desire Unclassified/Export Approved aerospace defense systems. These offices include SHI Headquarters located at 2140 Awihi Place, Suite 4, Kihei, HI, 96753 and Stavatti Western New York located at 4455 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14225 USA as well as at facilities located in Minnesota and southwestern Idaho. In addition to these facilities, Stavatti is in the process of establishing aircraft production operations in various existing facilities nationwide to produce aerospace vehicles and defense systems. A summary of principal and anticipated Stavatti facilities and locations is provided:

KIHEI-HAWAII
The Headquarters and Registered office for SHI is located in Kihei, Hawaii on the island of Maui. The physical/mailing address of this site is 2140 Awihi Place, Suite 4, Kihei, HI, 96753 USA. Hawaii is a beautiful state with relatively consistent weather. Having been established in Minnesota and known for opening our second major site in Buffalo, NY, Stavatti has historically elected to conduct business operations in quasi extreme climates known for subzero temperatures and adverse flying conditions for at least half the year. While operating in these climates does ensure that any aircraft produced are in fact rugged, durable and all-season, flight test scheduling can be severely restricted. Furthermore, a number of Stavatti personnel maintained second homes or time-shares in Hawaii to facilitate harsh climate relief. As such, when it came time to select a home for SHI, Hawaii soon rose to the top of the list. Although lack of direct access to the continental U.S. and the interstate highway system, combined with the local cost of living and job skills base does limit the Stavatti presence in Hawaii with regard to aircraft production, since February 2005 the Hawaii office has achieved more significance not only as a seat of corporate administration, but also as a major cross-roads to interface with Asia-Pacific Rim customers and conduct engineering design/development work. SHI anticipates that Hawaii will serve as a major design center for airframes, airframe components, avionics, software source-code and directed energy weapons research with the possibility of serving as a Stavatti center for amphibious aircraft production by 2015.

EAGAN-MINNESOTA
When incorporated in 1994, Stavattis Headquarters and Registered Office was located at 1061 Tiffany Drive, Eagan, Minnesota 55123-1877. This is the location from which Stavattis original business plans, proposals and core product concepts were developed. This facility did not offer production capability. Although Stavatti has since relocated corporate headquarters, the Eagan office remains a legal operating office. As Eagan remains a strong center for aerospace defense industry (home to Lockheed Martin, Unisys, Cray, Honeywell, etc.) Stavatti anticipates that an new engineering development center will be established within the city of Eagan between 2008 and 2012 to concentrate upon the design and development of novel, proprietary flight control, artificial intelligence and navigation systems.

SOUTH ST. PAUL/FLEMING FIELD MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (SGS)-MINNESOTA
In 1997 Stavatti relocated corporate headquarters to 520 Airport Road, South St. Paul, Minnesota 55075. In 2005 "Stavatti Corporation" began doing business as "Stavatti Legacy" under the Hawaii based, SHI structure. While Stavatti Corporation/Stavatti Legacy is still incorporated in MN, recognition of the SGS facility as the "home of Stavatti" is no longer accurate. This facility is a two story, 10,000 sq ft former U.S. Navy barracks located at the South St. Paul-Fleming Field Municipal Airport. Serving as an engineering development office, this facility was an ATF registered Firearms Manufacturing Facility and is a principal site for Stavatti Corporation. This facility was appropriate to be listed on the register for Historic Sites for its role as the barracks at which President George Herbert Walker Bush resided at during a phase of his training to become a Naval Aviator during WWII. Stavatti Corporation moved from this facility in September 2007 in response to a city of South St. Paul land use plan. Stavatti Corporation no longer maintains a presense at the Fleming Field Municipal Airport.

ANTICIPATED CENTERS
OKLAHOMA CITY/WILEY POST AIRPORT (PWA)-OKLAHOMA
Representatives of Stavatti Aerospace are engaged in negotiations focused upon the location of a principal prototyping and production center at the former Gulfstream Aerospace/AeroCommander plant located in Bethany, Oklahoma at the Wiley Post Airport. The "Bethany Plant" offers 260,000 sq ft office/manufacturing floor under one roof, with an additional 140,000 sq ft provided by two large buildings situated behind the main plant. The site campus includes a total of 52 acres. The Bethany Plant is appropriate for the production of aircraft with wingspans of 80 ft and overall height no greater than 20 ft. The facility offers over 900 parking spaces for employees and all the buildings share taxiway access to the Wiley Post airport through the gate along the West property line. Stavatti Aerospace is presently raising the capital necessary to purchase this facility and acquire the necessary production equipment to initiate the full-rate production of next generation alloy and composite aircraft. It is anticipated that the SM-27 Machete, SM-47 Super Machete and SM-45 Aviara aircraft production lines will be intitiated at this facility.
