STAVATTI SM-47 INDUSTRY TEAM

SM-47 SUPER MACHETE INDUSTRY TEAM

Success of the SM-47, from prototype to production, results from the combined efforts of SUPER MACHETE Industry Team Members (ITMs). Spearheaded by Stavatti, the SUPER MACHETE program will result in the direct contracting of over 110 primary SUPER MACHETE ITMs including over 23 first tier, 9 second tier and 39 third tier partners, including US DoD prime contractors and Small Disadvantaged Businesses alike, in over 20 states nation-wide. Of those states, 8 are home to more than 3 contractors with major participant states being Arizona (3 ITMS), California (31 ITMs), Connecticut (9 ITMs), Minnesota (4 ITMs), New Jersey (3 ITMs), Illinois (3), New York (6 ITMs), Ohio (10 ITMs), Texas (5 ITMs) and Utah (4 ITMs).

An international program, SUPER MACHETE ITMs include resident businesses of more than 6 allied nations including Canada (2 ITMs), Belgium (1 ITM), Czech Republic (1 ITM), Israel (3 ITMs), Switzerland (2 ITMs) and the United Kingdom (5 ITMs). All SUPER MACHETE industry team members are ISO 9000/9001/9002 certified or equivalent qualified SM-47 ITMs.

The above aerospace subcontractors and suppliers are considered potential industry team members with whom Stavatti has:

(A) Initiated initial industry teaming arrangements, established PIAs and received installation drawings or services from or;

(B) Been contacted by business development managers of the subcontractor/received correspondence from the business development manager indicating the subcontractor's desire to receive business from Stavatti.

All aerospace subcontractors and suppliers as so listed are considered 'anticipated Stavatti industry team members' meaning that Stavatti intends to award subcontracts to the following suppliers for the purpose of providing specific Stavatti airframe components and/or services at some point in the future and/or has already awarded said contracts to the following providers at some point in time. The following organizations are considered 'anticipated industry team members' and their current participation in Stavatti aerospace programs is neither implied or intended. Inclusion on the list of anticipated industry team members does not obligate Stavatti Aerospace to contract component or subsystem manufacture/supply to said entity. The aerospace companies as so identified are simply the companies with which Stavatti intends to do business, if we have not done so already. They meet Stavatti's aerospace quality standards and we admire their products and services.
