STAVATTI SM-72 INDUSTRY TEAM

SM-72 TACTICAL TRANSPORT INDUSTRY TEAM

Success of the SM-72 program will be the collective achievement of an integrated SM-72 Industry Team consisting of well over 200 proven suppliers worldwide. Serving as prime contractor and total systems integrator, Stavatti provides program management for an SM-72 team that will benefit from close relationships with major aerospace suppliers. As a commercial initiative, Stavatti has selected a host of proven aerospace team members to arrive at a capable industry organization that will develop and produce the SM-72 series on time and on budget in full compliance with DoD Mil-Spec and FAA certification standards.

Major SM-72 program team members will include the Ukrainian powerplant manufacturer Motor Sich/ZMDB Progress that will provide improved D-27 powerplants, or the basis of a U.S.-produced derivative of the D-27. Actual SM-72 design will be spearheaded by Stavatti, but will include the participation of leading aircraft and engineering contract agencies including the Antonov Design Bureau of the Ukraine, which will likely be contracted to provide engineering design services due to their substantial experience with producing highly successful tactical and strategic airlifters and Infotech Enterprises Ltd. of India, who provide world premier aerospace contract engineering and development services. Major SM-72 assembly production will likely include production of large composite wing sections by Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Vought. The SM-72, will include industry leading, major prime contractors as first tier Industry Teammembers.

An abridged list of anticipated SM-72 Program Team members is provided:

The above aerospace subcontractors and suppliers are considered potential industry team members with whom Stavatti has:

(A) Initiated initial industry teaming arrangements, established PIAs and received installation drawings or services from or;

(B) Been contacted by business development managers of the subcontractor/received correspondence from the business development manager indicating the subcontractor's desire to receive business from Stavatti.

All aerospace subcontractors and suppliers as so listed are considered 'anticipated Stavatti industry team members' meaning that Stavatti intends to award subcontracts to the following suppliers for the purpose of providing specific Stavatti airframe components and/or services at some point in the future and/or has already awarded said contracts to the following providers at some point in time. The following organizations are considered 'antcipated industry team members' and their current participation in Stavatti aerospace programs is neither implied or intended. Inclusion on the list of anticipated industry team members does not obligate Stavatti Aerospace to contract component or subsystem manufacture/supply to said entity. The aerospace companies as so identified are simply the companies with which Stavatti intends to do business, if we have not done so already. They meet Stavatti's aerospace quality standards and we admire their products and services.
