All models produced by Stavatti Simulation are for Private, Personal and Non-Commercial use only. All models are for entertainment purposes only. The performance and flight characteristics associated with the Stavatti aircraft simulated in the models are not indicative, nor intended to be indicative, of actual aircraft performance or flight characteristics. Stavatti neither implies nor warrants the performance of said models/simulations.

The aircraft models and all associated files contained herein are designed solely for use as a add-on flight model with X-plane® 8.60 and later as developed by Laminar Research and requires an installed and operating X-plane® 8.60 or later program to be functional and is subject to the end-user license agreements associated with X-plane® 8.60 and later. Product(s) and model(s) are believed to be free from defects, however, all models are offered without warranty. Models are not designed, nor supported, for use in BETA or RC versions of X-plane®. Warranty is neither expressed, nor implied. Stavatti Simulation and its parent companies are not liable for any defects or failures, be them software or hardware, associated with the use of these product(s) and model(s). All product(s) and model(s) are distributed Virus Free. User agrees to hold Stavatti HARMLESS.

Featured aircraft have been modeled as accurately as possible as permitted by the X-plane® 8.60 Plane-Maker Application. As the aircraft depicted on this site are not yet in production, the technical data employed in creating all models is provisional and is not necessarily indicative of actual production aircraft performance and handling. All specifications, including performance and handling, are subject to change at the discretion of Stavatti Aerospace. Consequently, all aircraft as modeled are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Due to the limitations of the Plane-Maker Application, particular elements aircraft as modeled, including those associated with performance and handling, have been altered or omitted to enable the release of the resultant product. All liveries and paint schemes presented within this product are hypothetical and do not imply USN, USAF, USMC, FAC, IAF, or Commercial Air Carrier, be them foreign or domestic, or Stavatti Aerospace, concurrence or endorsement. All liveries and paint schemes are the creative property of Stavatti which developed them solely for this application and do not correspond to any authorized paint scheme, configuration or livery.

All external stores featured in the models, including ordinance and external pods/launchers/tanks have been custom modeled by Stavatti Simulation. Users are not permitted to modify or redistribute specific external stores for commercial sale including the following weapon models: GBU-31 JDAM, GBU-32 JDAM, GBU-38 JDAM, AGM-84E, LAU-10, LAU-6.
