Charlie Frank Lee is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for Stavatti Aerospace. Focusing primarily upon business activities in Asia, Charlie concentrates upon the formation of strategic partnerships with the Korean Government with US companies, in particular Stavatti, including the structuring of joint venture aircraft production and investment funding.
Born in South Korea, Charlie studied in at the Institute of Steel Structure Development in San Francisco for 3 years (1978-1981). In 1981 Charlie joined Samsung where he worked for 10 years. Responsible for Samsung Waste Management Equipment, Charlie was responsible for handling and managing supplies for the entire city of Seoul. In 1991 Charlie moved to Beijing where he worked in the heavy construction equipment industry as coordinated through a Chinese Military factory. While in China Charlie represented the China Institute in Construction for the government of China for 8 years. From 2002 to 2012, Charlie spearheaded fundraising and investment activities for the construction of Beijing Royal Apartment Complex as controlled by City of Beijing, serving as a direct liaison to investors. Begging in 2013 Charlie focused on a six year program to revolutionize wind turbine technology. Concentrating on the technology developed by Maglev Wind Turbine Technology, Inc, Charlie directly approached both the Korean Government and the government of China for the production and marketing. In September 2019 Charlie joined Stavatti Aerospace.
