NIAGARA FALLS, NY
The Corporate Headquarters and Primary Prototyping, Development and Manufacturing Center for Stavatti Aerospace is located at 9400 Porter Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. On 30 October 2020 Stavatti acquired the former US Army Reserve Center (USARC) to serve as an interim headquarters as well as a Prototype Development Center (PDC) and a manufacturing facility that can support, prototyping, engineering development, flight test, special projects, DACT programs and Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP). Located at the Niagara Falls International Airport (KIAG) and has direct access to the airport runway.
The USARC facility, also known as Area Maintenance Center #76, was declared surplus Federal property in 2011 by the Department of Defense under the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) process after which it was acquired by the Town of Niagara, NY. In April 2019, the Town of Niagara sold the vacant USARC to a private party. Stavatti entered into a Purchase Agreement to acquire the facility in June 2020 and achieved the rezoning of the 19.8 acre property to Heavy Industrial in September 2020. Providing over 150,000 sq ft of combined high bay hangar and office floor, the center will serve as a primary center for Stavatti prototyping, development and limited production.
Stavatti’s Buffalo, NY office is located at 4455 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14225. Established in 2002, the Stavatti Buffalo office is managed by Dr. Robert Sugarman, Stavatti’s Chief Scientist and Director of Human Factors Engineering.

Stavatti Corporation was founded in Eagan, Minnesota in 1994. Stavatti Aerospace Ltd was also founded in Eagan, Minnesota prior to its reorganization as a Wyoming Corporation in December 2019. While Stavatti Aerospace Ltd has since relocated its corporate headquarters, the Eagan office remains an operating registered office. As Eagan remains a strong center for Minnesota’s aerospace defense industry, Stavatti anticipates that an new engineering development center will be established in Eagan to conduct the design, development and production of novel aircraft, aircraft systems including proprietary flight controls, avionics, sensors, navigation system, communication systems and synthetic intelligence.
